This bowl was shaped out of a piece of driftwood found on a North Canterbury beach. It is a textured piece with warm rich colours. Finished with a fine buffing oil this bowl can be used everyday as a fruit bowl or similar or left as a feature.

This bowl / Platter has been shaped from a piece of driftwood thought to be NZ native Rata timber. Finished in a fine buffing oil this piece has retained the natural shape and character of the driftwood as shaped by nature. The oil finish has subtly highlighted the rich natural orange / red colours of the timber.

This bowl would make a great feature center piece bowl or for an everyday practical use.
